As is usual on the third Sunday of each month, I do a recap of the two previous homilies which dealt with the following topics: 1) The game of Lila (leaving home on behalf of God); and 2) The four tracks of the Ascension Project. Then the homily is followed by a Q&A which covered the following topics: a) The fall of Adam and Eve – sin or necessary separation?; b) Stories as transformation not merely information; c) The movement from ego-centric to ethnocentric, to geo-centric to cosmo-centric thinking; d) Degrading Love into Dogma; e) Liturgy as a medium for mystical experiences; f) Children as prophets; g) Demons – don’t confuse their motivation with our opportunity; h) Karma – all the way from individual humans to animated planets; i) Amplifying natural disasters.
