कोरोना के बढ़ते संक्रमण को ध्यान में रखते हुए अप्रैल में होने वाली आफलाइन परीक्षा का विरोध बढ़ने लगा है। छात्र संगठनों ने ओपन बुक पद्धति से परीक्षा करवाने पर जोर दिया है। देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय (डीएवीवी) ने भी उच्च शिक्षा विभाग को परीक्षा को लेकर पत्र लिखा है। मामले में उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने परीक्षा के विकल्प पर विचार करने में लगा है। ओपन बुक परीक्षा करवाने का प्रस्ताव उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डा. मोहन यादव को भेजा है। मंजूरी मिलने के बाद इंतजार किया जा रहा है। हालांकि विश्वविद्यालय ओपन बुक के लिए भी तैयार है। इसके लिए अधिकारियों ने पहले से पेपर बना रखे है।

एक अप्रैल से 15 मई के बीच बीए, बीकॉम और बीएससी फर्स्ट, सेकंड और थर्ड सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा करवाना तय किया है। शेड्यूल भी फरवरी आखिरी सप्ताह में जारी कर दिया था। यहां तक विवि मई से जून के बीच एमए, एमकॉम और एमएससी की परीक्षा की रूपरेखा बना रहा है। मगर मार्च पहले सप्ताह से फिर एक बार कोरोना संक्रमण मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ने लगी है। इसे देखते हुए छात्रों ने आफलाइन परीक्षा का विरोध किया है। उनका तर्क है कि परीक्षा केंद्रों पर भीड़ होने से संक्रमण फैलने का डर है। साथ ही अन्य जिलों व शहरों से आने वाले विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा के दौरान ठहरने की समस्या बताई है, क्योंकि होस्टल अभी खुले नहीं है। जबकि कॉलेज का स्टाफ भी परीक्षा के पक्ष में नहीं है। उनका कहना है कि कापी देने और जमा करने के दौरान विद्यार्थियों से संपर्क होगा। इसे संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। वहीं छात्र संगठन लगातार परीक्षा का विरोध कर रहे हैं।

मामले में विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने स्थिति से अवगत करते हुए विभाग को पत्र लिखा है। प्रभारी रजिस्ट्रार अनिल शर्मा का कहना है कि छात्र संगठनों की बात विभाग के समक्ष रख दी है। अतिरिक्त संचालक का कहना है कि मुख्यालय ने विद्यार्थियों की समस्या को देखते हुए परीक्षा को लेकर बैठक बुलवाई है। प्रस्ताव उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री को भेजा है।

In view of this, the students have opposed the offline examination. He argues that there is a fear of infection due to congestion at the examination centers. Also, students coming from other districts and cities have been told to stay during the examination, because the hostel is not open yet. While the staff of the college is also not in favor of the examination. He says that students will be contacted during the giving and submission of the copy. It increases the risk of infection. At the same time, student organizations are constantly opposing the exam.

The university administration has written a letter to the department informing about the situation in the case. Registrar in-charge Anil Sharma says that the matter of student organizations has been put before the department. Additional director says that the headquarters has called a meeting regarding the examination in view of the problem of the students. The proposal has been sent to the Minister of Higher Education.
