DAVV Offline Exam Update : शासन के आदेश पर विश्वविद्यालय ने फरवरी में बीए, बीकाम, बीएससी सहित अन्य स्नातक कक्षाओं की आफलाइन परीक्षा एक अप्रैल से 15 मई के बीच रखी है वहीँ देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय ने परीक्षा पद्धति पर उच्च शिक्षा विभाग से मार्गदर्शन मांगा है, लेकिन अभी तक वहां से कोई जबाब नहीं आया है | अगले माह होने वाली स्नातक परीक्षाओं को लेकर असमंजस है |
परीक्षा की स्थिति और पद्धति स्पष्ट नहीं होने से विद्यार्थियों का विरोध तेज हो गया है। मंगलवार को देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय में काफी हल्ला हुआ जहां कुछ विद्यार्थी भूख हड़ताल पर बैठ गए हैं छात्र ओपन बुक पद्धति के लिए लामबद्ध हो रहे है | आफलाइन का विरोध कर रहे विद्यार्थी ओपन बुक पद्धति से परीक्षा करवाने पर अड़े हैं | विश्वविद्यालय ने विभाग को पत्र लिखकर लगातार हो रहे प्रदर्शन और धरना आंदोलनों से अवगत कराया है।
विश्वविद्यालय के अधिकारियों का तर्क है कि विद्यार्थियों के लिए अंतिम वर्ष काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। इस दृष्टि से आफलाइन परीक्षा आवश्यक है जिससे उन्हें फाइनल प्लेसमेंट व स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में आसानी से प्रवेश मिल सके। प्रथम-द्वितीय वर्ष में ओपन बुक पद्धति से परीक्षा करवाई जा सकती है या फिर जनरल प्रमोशन दे सकते हैं। इन पर विभाग में मंथन शुरू हो चुका है। इस कारण परीक्षाओं पर अभी तक निर्णय नहीं लिया गया है। हालांकि गुरुवार तक स्थिति स्पष्ट होने की उम्मीद है। फिलहाल विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन विभाग के आदेश की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है। परीक्षा नियंत्रक डा. अशेष तिवारी का कहना है कि उच्च शिक्षा विभाग को परीक्षा से जुड़ी परिस्थितियों से अवगत करा दिया है। वैसे विवि आफलाइन और ओपन बुक पद्धति दोनों से परीक्षा करवाने को तैयार है।

इस कारण हो रही है परेशानी
प्रदेशभर में अभी मात्र तीन शहरों इंदौर, भोपाल और जबलपुर में संक्रमण बढ़ा है। केवल देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय की आफलाइन परीक्षा को लेकर विद्यार्थी विरोध कर रहे हैं। इसे लेकर अधिकारियों ने परीक्षा पर विभाग से राय मांगी है। उच्च शिक्षा विभाग को शेष किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय से ओपन बुक पद्धति से परीक्षा करवाने को लेकर कोई आवेदन नहीं मिला है। यही कारण है कि विभाग को परीक्षा पर निर्णय लेने में समय लग रहा है। सूत्रों के अनुसार यदि डीएवीवी में इस बार भी ओपन बुक पद्धति से परीक्षा होती है तो शेष विवि भी यही मांग उठा सकते हैं। इसलिए विभाग काफी सोच-विचार कर रहा है।

For this reason, the examinations have not been decided yet. However, the situation is expected to be clear by Thursday. The university administration is currently waiting for the order of the department. Dr. Ashesh Tiwari, Controller of Examinations, says that the Higher Education Department has been made aware of the circumstances related to the examination. By the way, the university is ready to conduct the examination both offline and open book method.

This is causing problems
In the state, infection has increased in only three cities Indore, Bhopal and Jabalpur. Only the students are protesting against the offline examination of Devi Ahilya University. Authorities have sought opinion from the department on this examination. The Department of Higher Education has not received any application from any remaining universities to conduct the examination through open book method. This is why the department is taking time to decide on the exam. According to sources, if this time in DAVV, the examination is done using the open book method, then the rest of the universities can also raise the same demand. Therefore, the department is thinking a lot.
