1 teaspoon rosemary
1tablespoon curry powder
410g tinned sardines (in tomato sauce)
100g tomato paste
Chopped fresh coriander ( handful)
1 chicken stock/fish stock cube
2 cups water for sauce development
250g pasta ( your preferred choice)
1 cup water for cooking pasta
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1tablespoon honey
