Couscous recipe
Hi guys
For this recipe you will need:
2cups couscous
2cups hot water
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 diced red pepper
1/2 diced yello pepper
1/2 of stalk of celery diced
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 carrot diced
1/2 cucumber diced
Cherry tomatoes (8-10)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mixed herbs
1 teaspoon olive oil/ avocado oil
Feta cheese
