Hi guys

For this recipe you will need :
1 kg lamb knuckles

1 onion chopped

1 beef/lamb stock

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 tablespoon garlic flakes/ crushed garlic

1 teaspoon tumeric

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon curry poweder

100g tomato paste

3 cups water

5 potatoes cubed

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
