2 medium butternuts
4 medium carrots
1/2 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 Tablespoon mother in law spice
1 teaspoon curry powder
Black pepper ( 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Garnished with cream and coriander leaf
