Potrick Snap (Full Game, No Commentary)
"I liked it. A nice mix of horror and comedy. I will admit, it felt more horror than comedy. In a good way.
The sound design and Potrick's realistic face constantly looking at the player is really unsettling. This is one of those weird moments where a silly face can be used to be scary in a non-jumpscary way. I like it a lot.
When Potrick ran up to me to talk, I felt a chill down my spine thinking I should run away. Making the player feel like they're in danger when they're actually not is the best kind of horror in my opinion. I would recommend removing the jumpscare noises as they make the real jumpscares feel cheap. You can make Potrick appear out of nowhere all you want, just make him quiet. Have him sneak up on you.
Overall, this is a good comedy horror game. I would recommend it. It's short and free."
