After The Curtain Call (August 7, 2024, No Commentary)
"There was definitely some polish and the second chapter was nice. Overall, it was an improvement. I do not know how many acts there will be so I am not going to put a 'full game' into the title until I know for certain the whole game is done as it is still in development.
Act 1 was pretty much the same as the demo. With the exception of some polish here and there and the...unfortunate glitch I discovered. Same with the bonus chapter.
Act 2 was better than act 1 in my opinion. My paranoia was going up and down expecting something to happen when I wasn't in danger. When I WAS in danger I was practically screaming inside my own head. Does the shadowy demon know the sewers loop back into the theater?
My one complain about this game is a lack of a pause menu. I understand making games take an absurd amount of time but a pause menu is absolutely required for a good game to function. I shouldn't have to 'ALT-TAB' to close the game.
Overall, I would recommend this game. This game has potential and this game is actively being worked on. Last week they went on a 'bug fixing' spree and removed a ton of game breaking bugs! It was very unfortunate that one of those bugs managed to slip by. Support the developers as much as you can by playing their game. It's free."
