Hamas (3) - Relationship with Jews and Israel
Today we're talking about Hamas, one of the greatest adversaries of the State of Israel. In this third episode, we take a look at Hamas's relationship with Jews and the State of Israel. Since the terrorist attacks on Israel in October 2023, Hamas has once again come into the public spotlight. But the history of Hamas and its conflicts with Israel are much older, dating back to the time of the First Intifada, which began in 1987. Since then, Hamas has been one of the central actors in—depending on your perspective—the liberation struggle against Israel, or rather, the terror against Israel. This struggle is directly linked to Israel's occupation and settlement policies, especially after the Six-Day War of 1967.
