Another delicious cake in the shape of a giant wafer bar with nut cream and giant nuts.
Ingredients:
Cream
300 g milk
70 g sugar
3 egg yolks
35 g corn or potato starch
150 g nut-chocolate spread (Nutella)
1 tsp cocoa powder
100 ml cream with at least 30% fat content
10 g powdered sugar
Base
250-270 g milk chocolate
300 g Wafers with nut filling
Half-spheres
50 g milk chocolate
50 g thin wafers without filling (or regular wafers with the filling removed)
70 g milk chocolate
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Giant nuts
40 g hazelnuts
50-60 g white chocolate
10 g powdered sugar
Chocolate coating
200 ml 20% cream (or more)
300 g milk chocolate
30 g dark chocolate
