In this video, I'll show you the step-by-step process of the famous Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar A).
It's an explanatory video for those who want to start and don't know where to begin.
I've divided the video into:
1 - A quick explanation of what it is
2 - What you need to understand during practice with the necessary adaptations
3 - A continuous practice of 5 rounds, in a scheme of DOING it, you and me, TOGETHER.
Remember that it's practice that will lead to improvement in your quest, so if you "get a position wrong" or if you inhale where you should have exhaled and vice versa, avoid punitive thoughts, just be present and aware of what you need to do to improve and gradually internalize it in your practice. This is the learning process.
I recommend doing it in the morning, but this isn't mandatory; try different times of the day. I usually do it in the morning and also before some training, as if it were my entry process into training, where I connect the physical and the mental.
I hope you find it useful, and if you have any questions or suggestions, let's discuss them here in the comments. Big hug and happy practicing!
