Improving the dexterity and control of the muscles you use to hold the mouse (specific to your grip) can help you improve your aim, control and consistency as a gamer. This is an exercise you can implement to not only help with developing endurance but overall control of the muscles you utilize while you game. This can be beneficial for both the keyboard and mouse hand as you are working on muscles responsible for lifting the finger off of the mouse/keys as well as gripping the mouse. Try this exercise on a regular basis for at least 4-6 weeks so you can notice some improvements. Incorporation of other exercises in the lists below can help!
