🔸INGREDIENTS:
250g ground beef
1/2 finely chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
Curry
Paprika
2 tomatoes
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 red onion
300g mozzarella cheese
150g ketchup
100g mustard
250g pizza dough
🔹PROCEDURE:
Chop the onion and sauté it with oil for a few minutes. Then add the ground beef, season it with salt, paprika, curry, and pepper, and cook it. Add a few slices of cheddar cheese. Then cut the tomatoes and onion, and shred the mozzarella cheese. Prepare the sauce by combining ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Take the pizza dough, roll it out, and spread sauce, mozzarella cheese, ground beef, tomatoes, onions, and more sliced mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle everything with paprika.
Bake at 240°C (460°F) for 10 minutes, then at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
