ICE CREAM DESSERT 🍫🍦 perfect summer snack!
Whip up this easy, creamy ice cream dessert! 🍨✨ Layers of chocolate and whipped cream—freeze, slice, enjoy! 😍🍫 @angelocoassin8537
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups heavy cream (600ml)
1 ½ cups condensed milk (350ml)
1 cup dark chocolate (250g)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Gently fold in the condensed milk until fully incorporated.
Melt ¾ cup (200g) of the dark chocolate in the microwave. Spread the melted chocolate on a tray lined with parchment paper, freeze it, and then cut it into rectangles.
Line a loaf tin with cling film. Alternate layers of the cream mixture and chocolate rectangles in the tin.
Freeze the dessert for a couple of hours until set.
Decorate the top with the remaining chocolate and a dusting of cocoa powder.
