Windows, the closed-source operating system that's difficult to customize: it's just the way it is, it stays the way you installed it.
This is a common misconception.
In reality, it's true that Windows may not be as customizable as open-source operating systems like Linux or BSD, but it's not completely "locked" to its original configuration either. There are certain programs, some of them even official or supported by Microsoft, that allow you to customize Windows to varying degrees.
In this first video of the mini-series on Windows customization, we'll focus on the Terminal: we'll see how to customize its overall appearance, with transparency effects, a different "prompt," and plugins to make it more visually appealing and, why not, more convenient and fun to use.
