Going in Early: Quick Reply to Commenter
Had an interesting back and forth with a commenter about my last video on "Going in Early" but i figured it warranted a video of its own and some clarification.
It's touchy subject folks! xD Let's set the record straight, you should NOT be giving "free" labor to your hospital. Nothing gained by it and everything to lose.
What I mean by going in early, is strictly for you. Whether you want to chill, gossip, DE-STRESS, loo up notes, check in with the previous RN/tech, catchup on emails, just show face (i.e. assKiss) totally up to you.
The whole point of going early is to help your actual 12-hour shift go more smoothly. Hope this clarifies ;D
