Medsurg: Straight-Scoop Starting out
I just realized as a medsurg nurse i'm not putting out much medsurg content! xD most of us will end up on medsurg units or get some kind of medsurg training as a base/foundation.
so i just shot this video and thinking of adding more in the future to help new RN's acclimate to the medsurg floor. i.e. what to expect, what to avoid, what to look out for!
i think it'd be good for nursing students too as you do clinicals to observe what RNs are doing, especially those RNs in-training. you'll be there soon enough afterall!!
