A tip/suggestion video for new RN's, nursing students, and maybe for RN's looking to improve their skills in a general sense.
It's not surprising that most RN's (and people in general, i guess) don't like to go into work early. Most figure "what's the difference?!" "why should I?" "I'm not giving them my free time!!" etc.
But for RN's, going into work a little earlier than usual may actually improve your work, lessen your stress, and improve your craft/abilities.
...oh, and also maybe provide better patient care, of course! ^_^
