No, Frank Blood isn't some really cool nursing name...although I can definitely see me using it as my next username. 0_o
Frank blood refers to 'really' red liquid blood. This video discusses the fact that you will encounter such scenarios sooner or later in your nursing career and suggestions on how to handle yourself.
You could avoid it later in your career; there are many nursing fields that do not deal with direct patient care afterall, but I'm pretty sure you will encounter it at least during nursing school and early career.
