Drunk Driver Causes Crash at Ponquogue Beach Parking Lot
On 07/20/24 at about 7:15pm Town Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident at the Ponquogue Beach parking lot in Hampton Bays. After further investigation the driver of one of the involved vehicles, GALO M SORIATERAN, age 22, of Riverhead, was found to be intoxicated by alcohol. He was arrested and taken to police HQ in Hampton Bays where he was charged with misdemeanor DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.
