Drunk Driver Strikes a Pick-Up and Plows into Woods
7.21.24 | by Chris | HAMPTON BAYS, NY -- Just before 4am, Southampton Town PD and Hampton Bays FD and EMS responded to a two-car accident on Flanders Rd. The male operator of a blue Jeep struck a red Chevy pick-up and subsequently drove off the roadway and some 30 feet into a wooded area. The driver of the Jeep was arrested for DWI and transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A male passenger of the Jeep was also transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
