Two Taken into Custody After Unfounded Report of Shots Fired
Two men were taken into custody at the intersection of West 113 ST and Frederick Douglas Boulevard, in Harlem, in the course of investigating a report of shots fired, which turned out to be unfounded. It's unknown why the two men were taken into custody.
