Ingredients:
2 large eggs
80-100g sugar
10g vanilla sugar
100g plain applesauce
120g gluten-free flour mix (originally Garnets White Bread)
6g gluten-free baking powder
1 heaped teaspoon lemon zest
2-4 apples
15g coconut sugar
10g cinnamon
The video shows baking a large pie in a 21cm x 33cm pan using a double batch of dough and 4 eggs.
