Hello, today I'm trying out a new tip for marshmallow tulips. This tip is metal; I've used plastic ones before. I'm very happy with it, but it takes a little practice to get used to. I recommend getting one!

Ingredients:
In a saucepan
250 g sugar
10 g agar (900 strength)
200 ml juice (I used apple, but you can use any flavor) - try to find juice without sugar or with a small amount)
In a mixing bowl:
100 g egg whites (3 eggs)
100 g sugar
A pinch of citric acid
