Hello, in this video we'll make delicious homemade banana marshmallows. These marshmallows are also great for flowers.

Ingredients
In a saucepan:
150 ml juice (any kind)
200 g banana puree
1 tbsp glucose syrup (optional, it extends shelf life)
10 g agar (900 strength)
200 g sugar

Boil the syrup for 6 minutes from the moment it boils.

In a mixer bowl:
70 g egg whites (2 eggs)
70 g sugar
A pinch of citric acid

✔️Store the marshmallow bags in the oven or microwave (yogurt setting), making sure the temperature doesn't exceed 45-50 degrees Celsius.
