Ingredients:
9 g gelatin
40 ml water
Pour gelatin with this amount of water and leave to swell for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, cook the syrup:
100 ml water
220 g sugar
Cook the syrup from the moment of boiling for 1 minute
Then add the swollen gelatin, stir until the gelatin dissolves
Whip for 3 minutes (planetary mixer, manual for 5 minutes)
