Hi everyone! In this video, I'll show you how to make marshmallow filling and share a recipe for marshmallows made from smoothie mix. 😋 It's the perfect way to make marshmallows.

Tropic Marshmallow Filling
In a saucepan:
360 g puree
240 g sugar
5 g agar

Tropic Marshmallow Recipe
250 g puree (any kind)
100 g juice (dilute with puree)
10 g agar (900 strength)
250 g sugar

Boil the syrup for 6 minutes from the moment it boils.

In a mixer bowl:
90 g egg whites (3 eggs)
90 g sugar
A pinch of citric acid
