Using Spotlight on your iPhone’s Lock Screen, you can easily and effortlessly open one of your notes.

One of the best things about Apple’s Spotlight feature is that it even works on the Lock Screen. You can swipe down the first thing after your screen lights up and use it.

Another good thing about it is that is indexes many of the files and app contents on your iPhone so that you can access things faster.

Here’s an example. You need to fast open a note to check something up. Normally you would unlock your phone, locate the Notes app, open it and search there for that particular note.

But it’s a lot faster with Spotlight. Here’s how is works.

➤ When your phone’s screen lights up, swipe down to open Spotlight (no need to unlock it);
➤ Type the first letters of the note’s title;
➤ When it shows up on the screen, tap enter on your keyboard if it’s already selected or just tap it on your screen.

If compare the two methods, you will find that is so much faster the Spotlight way.

And, also, Spotlight learns from your actions and behavior and will show from the beginning stuff you search frequently.

It's far from perfect, but it’s one of the best things about iPhone.
