How to open apps directly from your iPhone’s Lock Screen
You may not realized this before, but you can do many things from the Lock Screen of your iPhone, without going to the Home Screen.
Spotlight is one of the most underrated features on an iPhone. It’s not just about searching thing on your iPhone, it can do so much more.
For exemple, you can use Spotlight on the Lock Screen to lunch apps faster.
How to lunch apps from you iPhone’s Lock Screen
Instead of swiping up to go from Lock Screen to the Home Screen, swipe down from any point of the Lock Screen except from the top.
This will open Spotlight from you Lock Screen.
On the Spotlight interface you can open any of the shown apps or you can type the first 2-3 letters to find an app. Once the app shows up, you just hit the enter buton on the keyboard to lunch it.
This will became a second nature once you get used to the functionality and it’s faster that going thru the Home Screen.
