How to silence WhatsApp calls from unknown callers
WhatsApp has a new privacy feature that will help you get rid of spam calls by automatically blocking all calls from people you don’t know.
Spam calls are a big problem in some regions, like India, the biggest market for #WhatsApp. To help its users combat spam call, the app offers now a new setting.
You can block all unknown callers in WhatsApp by going to Settings - Privacy - Calls and enabling Silence Unknown Callers.
From that moment on, only calls from people you have in your agenda will get through.
It's a nice new feature from WhatsApp, but the most popular chat app still has a lot of work to do if it wants to be as good as some alternatives, mainly Telegram.
