Virtual Classes Without Quizzes was held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 featuring: Heidi Roop, CFANS assistant professor in Soil, Water and Climate and Extension specialist; Pam Ismail, CFANS professor in Food Science and Nutrition and the founder and director of the Plant Protein Innovation Center; Susan Galatowitsch, professor in the Department of Fisheries, Wildlife and Conservation Biology; and Yuxin Miao, assistant professor in the department of Soil, Water and Climate and associate director of the Precision Agriculture Center.
