U of M Dietetic Internship Program HEAPR Funding Request
The University of Minnesota Dietetic Internship Program, one of the oldest dietetic programs in the country, is in need of facilities upgrades to improve training for its dietitians. The program director, Therese Liffrig, explains the impact and need of the program, which is part of Food Science and Nutrition's $25 million funding request with the state of Minnesota.
