Crashing the Classroom: Coffee From the Ground Up
College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences professor Rex Bernardo and Megan Hugill, '27 College of Liberal Arts, describe a new freshman seminar class, Agronomy 1921: Coffee From the Ground Up. Using food and agriculture as a basis, the class explores all aspects of coffee production, supply chain, consumption, history and culture.
