Campus Curiosities: Gopher Dairy Club
The Gopher Dairy Bar, which started as a cheese sandwich and milk stand, serves thousands of shakes during the Minnesota State Fair. The bar is staffed by Gopher Dairy Club members, and is main fundraiser for the club. The Gopher Dairy Club is the oldest student-run club at the University of Minnesota.
