Exercise Execution
Apply pressure on the ring with your knees, bringing them as close together as possible, then gradually release.
Tips: Duration / Repetitions
3 sets of 6 to 10 reps. Rest for 30 seconds.
Final Position
The final position is the same as the starting position.
Breathing Instructions
Inhale first, then exhale while applying pressure on the ring.
Safety Instructions
