Starting Position
Lie on your stomach with your forehead resting on the floor and your feet hip-width apart. Place your hands on the side pads of the ring.
Exercise Execution
Simultaneously lift your chest and legs off the floor, using your pubic bone as a pivot point. Press your hands on the ring to strengthen your arms.
Tips: Duration / Repetitions
3 sets of 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds.
Final Position
The final position is the same as the starting position.
Breathing Instructions
Inhale on the descent, exhale on the ascent.
Safety Instructions
Pull your navel in and keep your gaze towards the floor.
