Nadler: Indefinite Detention Must End
Congressman Jerry Nadler opposes the indefinite detention provisions in the 2013 Defense Authorization bill. Provisions in the bill allow for the continued, indefinite detention of prisoners without trial which, said Nadler, threatens "the right to be free from imprisonment without due process of law."
