Numeric Field
The Numeric field is used to capture a numeric value, such as the price or quantity of an item. With the Numeric field you will only be able to enter numbers into the field, however in the field settings you can set a prefix, such as dollar sign, or a suffix, such as cases, that you want to have displayed in the report.
In the field settings of this field you can also set the number of decimal places the user can enter into the form.
