Option List Field
The Option List gives a user a pre-defined list of selections for the user to choose from. The list options will be displayed inline on the form, rather than requiring the user to "open" the list.
The Option List is often used for smaller lists to allow the user to make a quick selection, such as Pass or Fail. In the field settings, you can configure the number of columns you want to display on a phone or tablet and allow the user to select multiple options.
