YES / NO / NA Field
The Yes/No/NA field can be used to capture a simple Yes/No/NA answer for a checklist.
When using the Yes/No/NA field you can choose to allow the user to have NA as an option, or just allow Yes/No. This field is commonly used as a checklist for safety items, or testing a failed inspection. You can add rules to conditionally show additional fields, such as photos and notes, to support your findings when an issue is found.
