What Christians Get Wrong About Trauma
Christians dismiss and misrepresent things when they neglect to recognize RELIGIOUS trauma and that it’s a legitimate form of trauma, and the closest they get to calling it religious trauma is this now cliche, dismissive, shallow and stupid term they throw around called church hurt. And even that doesn’t accurately and appropriately cover it. Religious trauma carries the same gravity and weight as war trauma or domestic abuse trauma or sexual abuse trauma.
