TMS-65U is a decontamination vehicle designed by the soviets as a defense against chemical and biological warfare. TMS-65U uses Ural truck chassis, paired with Klimov VK-1 jet engine that was previously used on MiG-15, MiG-17 and IL-28 jets.
Designed for disinfecting military equipment after a chemical or biological attack, this machine uses a stream of high pressure steam and disinfecting solution that's blasted through mounted VK-1.
TMS-65U may be provided by Russia to Italy to help disinfect the streets to combat the outbreak of COVID-19.
