Ingredients for the dough *
500 g (4 cups) of all-purpose flour
3 tbs of EVO oil
a handful of salt
250/300 ml (1/1.5 cup) of water
(you can use shortcrust pastry from the grocery store)
Ingredients for the filling *
200 g (1 cup) of fresh spinach
880 g (7 cups) of small artichokes
250 g (2 cups) of fresh ricotta
fresh marjoram
3 large eggs
EVO oil
salt
4 eggs (to use at the border of the pie)
