This is the first video of a small trilogy I wanted to create about Ragù Classico Bolognese, one of the most known and misunderstood Italian recipes abroad.
I decided to call the first one “Fake Classic Bolognese Ragù”, definitely a ragù sauce, but certainly not bolognese, served with spaghetti (as the recipe I followed suggested): why?
