Hi folks.
Peated 'whisky' Part 3 - Spirit run
A slightly peated version of whisky. I'm not a big fan of 'strong' whisky, but I have found I like a hint of peat smoke in the background.
So this is my attempt at creating a peated whisky. I'm doing this as a separate batch so that if it turns out too strong, I'll be able to blend it with my other whisky to get the hint of peat I prefer, using a Still Spirits T500 alembic pot still.
