All-Grain Whisky - batch 2
Hi folks.
This is my second all-grain Whisky batch, using a Still Spirits T500 alembic pot still.
5kg malted barley, 1 cup chocolate roast barley, 1 cup rolled oats.
The final product shows very little of a flavour difference from the additions, so I'm not sure if its worth making another attempt and increasing the amounts used.
