Light Rye Bread Whiskey - part 1
First attempt at a Light Rye Bread Whiskey recipe, based on Odin's Rye Bread Whiskey recipe described on homedistiller.org, but using a low rye content bread to give a mild flavor. This video describes the ingredients and the process I used to create the wash, which will be distilled through my Still Spirits T500 alembic pot still.
