All of the above mentioned conditions for eliminating snoring only seem trivial at first glance. In reality, these conditions must be created, which not everyone succeeds in. This can be difficult for several reasons.
Weak tongue muscles and the sublingual region.
The tongue doesn't fit on the upper palate due to an incorrect bite or a narrow palate.
Impaired nasal breathing, or a history of mouth breathing. Nasal breathing is obstructed due to swelling—allergic rhinitis, food intolerance, a carbohydrate-rich diet, a late dinner, dairy products in the afternoon, or alcohol. These foods contribute to mucosal swelling and the inability to breathe properly through the nose.
Excess weight, poor posture, and cervical osteochondrosis can also contribute to this.
To get rid of snoring, start working your tongue muscles now – through myogymnastics, breathing exercises, controlling your nasal breathing, controlling your posture, head tilt, and tongue position, monitoring your diet, and eliminating all foods that cause chronic inflammation.
