In this video, I explain the differences between IS strategy and IT strategy. Then, I describe how IS Strategy is developed using an application portfolio and IS project roadmap. Next, I describe how IT Strategy is developed using an IT asset portfolio and IT project roadmap. Finally, I go over a classification of IS Strategies.
